Miguel Castroe Silva's seal is recognised nationally and internationally, and his creations have become part of the most demanding tastes of national gourmets.
This time, Miguel Castro e Silva chose Largo to offer the Portuguese a traditional, well prepared and above all, well presented cuisine. It is inspired by flavours and seasonings from other international cuisines, giving his dishes a unique character. Largo will start its gastronomic selection with a choice of around 6 appetizers, 6 meat dishes, 6 fish dishes and various desserts, all by Miguel Castro e Silva.
